Sunday December 3rd, Southeast Seminole Heights will be hosting the neighborhoods 3rd Annual Holiday Home and Garden Tour. Each year, we have over 700 guests tour our neighborhood...and each year we usually have guests fall in love with our homes and hospitality. I believe the past two tours we have gained new neighbors as they decide to purchase homes in our great neighborhood (Erin and Nate found our neighborhood on the first tour!)
This year we are adding a new feature to the Program Guide. We will be designing an 11x17 accordion style insert that will be handed out with each Home tour program guide. The insert, will have a focus of "If you enjoyed being in our neighborhood today-- JUST IMAGINE LIVING HERE!" It will feature photo ads with a 30 word description of each property listing for $25.00(WE will have samples soon) In addition, we will be offering the featured property (properties) on the front cover and back cover for $200 for the full page. (Only one advertiser on the front or back each). Space will be limited and will be on a first come first served basis.

Once again, you guys are geniuses. SESH- you guys are marketing, coordinating, home tour pros. Each year you guys seem to out do the previous year! When you think a home tour can't be better, can't be different, you guys come through! I am not sure if I heard this correctly, but I had heard you guys host the tour without any expenses, or minimal. The talent over there never ceases to amaze me! Best of luck, we will be attending your tour.
Brilliant idea! Every year I bring my co-workers to your holiday tour. We love it! While we are on the tour, it never fails that they start wondering looking for homes. This is a brilliant idea. You guys definitely know what you are doing.
