PHOTOS: (Seminole Heights) The opening of The Independent beer hall has been delayed slightly, but they are hoping to have a “soft” opening within the next 14 days. Its new exterior sign (which was put up today), plus the recent opening of Ella’s Folk Art Café, are undeniable symbols that Seminole Heights' FloNeHi retail & dining district is coming into its own.
