Katherine Harris Conspiracy

So I have been following the wacky Katherine Harris campaign and can only come to one conclusion. She is a Spinal Tap / Borat fictional candidate in a press conspiracy sponsored by the Tampa Tribune, St. Petersburg Times and Creative Loafing so they would have interesting stuff to write about.
