Stupid Hit and Run Driver

An email that brings to mind the stupid crooks who leave their wallets at robbery sites:

Hello Neighbors,
Wanted to let you guys know my car was hit while parked in front of my house
on Sat. night.

I live on Louisiana.(Ed note: Between 9th and 12th st)

Witnesses saw a dark green toyota-no specific model.
They left the bumper on the road with texas plates still on it-this may help
find them.

If you think you see the car in the neighborhood let me know please. Missing
front bumper, One headlight probably bashed(passenger side). Probably no tag
in back.
