Gourmet Surge

Based on the number of kitchen scales I have seen for sale, first at the BP Station at Sligh and then the Texaco at Osborne, we must have recently been inundated with a lot of gourmet cooks who like to weigh their food before they cook it. What other reason would gas stations sell kitchen scales? Posted by Picasa

I don't know about meth, I would think it's for weighing pot. Either way it just just another example of how out of hand America's Drug problem is.

Or weed, or coke. Thats how you price pretty much price all drugs.

Well just a suggestion, but I doubt he is making much from the sales of scales... I personally buy about $50 in gas per week at the Osbourne station. My guess is if presented with the likelihood of losing a significant amount of gas business he would likely discontinue sales of the paraphenalia (sp?)
