Landscaping on Nebraska Avenue
Bike Stories scooped me on this one. There is actual landscaping being placed in the right of way on Nebraska. It looks rows and rows of little bushes being placed on the Nebraska Avenue right of way from The Presbyterian church continuing north past the apartments and several other businesses. What gives? Did some landscapers plant them in error, or is Nebraska Ave. actually getting some improvements? Who has the scoop on this?
