Vanishing Act - Air Masters

In a classic example of now you see it, now you don't -- Air Masters at 4824 N. Florida Ave. is not only gone -- the building has been gutted! I could have sworn it was there only a week ago. This is building just south of Cappy's, next to the Truly Nolen shop.

Another thing I noticed is that the key shop across from Cappy's and adjacent to SouthPrint on Florida Ave. is getting a coat of paint (the same color as the adjacent building -- dark brown).

(Sorry for having no pictures, but I'm hoping Santa will bring me a new camera this Monday.)

I don't know what's going on over on Florida Ave, but I do know that there are alot of exciting things over on Nebraska. There is a new Cuban/American Food restaurant located next to the key shop at the corner of Chelsea, McBride Insurance is getting a makeover, new office building at New Orleans, new restaurant going in at Shadowlawn and the Seminole Heights Bakery has new owners and things are really good and hopping there. Good things are going on is SESH!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would be the first to complain if I had problems, but I have used Air Masters a few times in the past with no problems.

I care what happens in any area of S.H., so I appreciate the updates. As for Air Masters, I can't attest to their quaility of work, since I've never used them -- but I can tell you thay are g-o-n-e.

I assume that something good is going in there, but for now that building is gutted, including the roof! It's toppless and remenascent of the old Osbourne and Nebraska Ave (now demolished) building.

Well anon 12:19 guess what? Your posting your disrespectful remarks on a blog started east of the interstate! So if you don't care, then bug the hell off!

Air Masters is a good company. They have temporarily moved so they could build a new building on the old site. I have done business with them for over 20 yrs.
