The Gates of Babylon

I have another report of possible sale/lease activity for an empty Seminole Heights building. The old gay/lesbian club, Babylon (105 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd.) -- at the corner of West MLK and N Highland Ave. -- no longer has For Sale/Rent signs all around it.

I looked on on the Property Appraiser website, but saw no indicatation of sale.

That's a nice big piece of land, at a very nice location. (Please don't let it turn into a storage shed for the Fireworks business down the road!)
