Recently I've noticed the death of 5 car associated places.
The car lot at SE corner of Sligh and Nebraska (across from BP station)
Two auto repair places on Nebraska just south of Loma Linda Motel
Some auto body repair on east side of Nebraska someplace, is empty. It's the place where you can see the paint shed.
Somewhere across from Stephanos' a car lot is empty.

The paint shed property (corner of Neb/North) is listed by a Brandon realtor and she said she has been showing it 2 - 3 times a day since the sign went up. She said evidently in that neighborhood since it has been cleaning up and they have been pushing out auto related places that all of the renters for these types of places are now looking to buy so that they have a place to move to and not be kicked out.
How's that for a run-on sentence??
She also said the 1 b/r apt would rent for $1,200!!
Anyhow, I'm glad to hear that the Brandon realtors are hearing that word on the street.
