A Couture and a Bungalow Bistro

According to the Times, Elizabeth Graham's Gourmet coffee and desert shop will open hopefully in September with an expanded menu. ". . . the menu to include sandwiches, soups, salads, focaccia bread and oven-roasted vegetables. Graham says her mother, retired food educator and pastry chef Matilda Morabito, will run the kitchen."

Tentatively name will be "Bungalow Bistro of Seminole Heights".

"Nikki Couture of Couture Decor of Seminole Heights is collaborating with Graham on the restaurant's look. No decisions have been made, but Graham said the theme will be "Hip, 1920s revival."

In the same column there is a blurb about Nikki Couture's renovation of their house at Hillsborough and Central Avenues that will serve as an office.
