Lorenzo's house up for sale

Home Where Man Brutalized Victims Is For Sale The Tampa Tribune Tue, 20 Jun 2006 10:02 PM PDT TAMPA - The small beige bungalow in Old Seminole Heights, the home where federal authorities say Steven Lorenzo drugged, raped and tortured as many as nine men, can be yours.

I wonder what other houses in Seminole Heights over the years had horrible histories, that have since been forgotten.

This is not a gay/straight issue. If you have any feelings about human life it should affect you.

Not to be the capitalist money-monger here, but what's the price of the house? Is it way below market value? Just curious as to the impact of a serious crime on the selling price of a home. Have other houses in the vicinity sold recently? Any issues there?

i'll give you fidy g's for it.

Believe it or not, neither the home owner nor the realtor has any obligation to disclose any type of criminal activity that may have occurred in a property. So if you are concerned about that type of thing you would need to do your homeowork before purchasing a house.

I couldn't live in a house where known attrocities were committed. There's got to be some "evil" Ju-Ju going on inside that house dude! No way! I don't care how much you're selling it for.

It would actually be the grammar police, not the grammer police.
