I sure hope that people in my neighborhood take advantage of this - there are many dogs that wander the street that I hope are fixed even if their owners don't care enough to keep them from escaping.
There is also a guy on River Cove who puts out a sign every year advertising "Pitt Bull Pupies For Sale" (his spelling) and I wonder if that is at all legal.... not the bad grammar, the sale.
I wonder if the dog (2 y.o. Put Bull female, brindle w. white chin/chest, v. friendly) that my girlfriend and I (800 block, E Hamilton) found yesterday might have gotten away from someone there.
