Calling a very big plumber
You'd need a plumber the size of Paul Bunyan to take care of that leak.

emailed the wastewater dept. this morning about the cleanup from the overflow on the surrounding streets. just checked the email and it is being assigned to someone for response.
funny thing - dept says they went door to door on Monday - we did not know how bad the situation was until monday evening when our street was a running river of poopie.
Not only is this not going away anytime soon, it is not even our 's#!t'. This is a pipe carrying waste from New Tampa to the treatment plant and connects to no homes in our area. To bad it didn't break at the point of orgination so they could experience the smell of their own s#!t all over the place. Wastewater did put some 'good smelling chemicals' into the 'pond' yesterday so the smell is not so bad now.
So I guess New Tampa's s#!t does stink after all huh? Sorry I couldn't resist.
The man who lives at 12th and Norfolk was offered a hotel room paid for by the city. BUT, he couldn't take his dog. So, he's still at home. He's jokingly invited us to a "pool" party tonite.
No one I know in Evelyn City got a "knock on the door" by the city to tell them anything. Not even the man at 12th and Norfolk.
The Trib has conveniently decided this is not a story. And Kathy Steele, who lives about 4 blocks from the new neighborhood pool, apparently has also decided it's not a story - never wads and never will be.
There are also plumbers tampa that would not only fix the leak but also secure your water is clean.
