TAMPA - A developer has withdrawn a revised plan to build seven town houses in favor of a version approved last year by the Tampa City Council.

It sounds like the residents were able to force the developer to work within the standards of what they find acceptable. I take it this area is in the overlay area. Does anyone know what the original design looks like?
