Missing Dog - Hanna and Nebraska Area

"I just got home and discovered my dog is missing out of my front yard. Fireworks are going off and she broke her lead. She is a medium blond dog, very friendly, with a leather collar but when she broke her lead her tag came off. "

I live on Hanna near Nebraska. Her name is Rudi. Any help is greatly appreciated
There's was a stray running in and out of traffic at the Sligh and Nebraska intersection near the BP this morning. But I'm fairly certain it was a male dog not female.
