Rents are to high in an area like this. The car lots have driven the rents way up.

Been their & done that.
I got tired of being bitched at about 7 cent copies & embarassing me infront of a client who spends thousands of dollars a yr. ( I wanted to hand her the 28 cents back and tell her to go ------, but that would have been unproffesional)
Got tired of being bitched out because the person i was faxing to didn't have a dedicated fax line or know how to turn the fax on. (how was that my faught - my customer bitched me out & told me they would never use my services again.! Thank God.

Got rid of the self serve copier, fax machine, UPS shipping went 100% commercial. Business has never been better.

Anyway when my printer breaks I go buy a new one. Who fixes printers? Philip

Actually, that's a long-term goal of mine. In the meanwhile, I am a local SH small business that offers secretarial services. If I can ever be of assistance with editing or printing documents, faxing files, etc., please feel free to contact me.

Beth,

How long-term is that goal? There might be some opportunity for rental space in OSH in the not so distant future.

I have my eye on the property at the corner of Sligh and Florida behind the State Farm office. It was most recently a flower shop, and at the moment it's some sort of car place. Because of the location and the layout, I think it would be ideal for a small copy shop. As far as length of this goal, I figure it's at least two years away.
