Just a quick correction--
Unless something changed behind the scenes, OSHNA sponsored (paid for) the band.
This event was held by OSHNA specifically as a neighborhood involvement activity. Helen Harmon is chair of the Neighborhood Involvement committee and was the primary organizer for this event.
What matters most is that the event turned out well, which it did.
