Shawn Harrison already represents part of Seminole Heights (he's my councilperson) and he does it poorly. I believe he lives in New Tampa, which is currently the majority of his district.

A question-- Could it be that Seminole Heights is divided up among most of the councilpersons as a means to reduce our clout?
