Exploring Seminole Heights - Hillsborough Avenue Bridge

So I was surfing the blogs a couple of weeks ago and came across the map to the bridge at Hillsborough Avenue next to the Save A Lot. the map referenced the area underneath the bridge as a meeting place of sorts. This raised my curiosity and I had to go check it out. Saturday I did so. Here we are facing west, prior to going down the walkway.
