So Tanga Rays is a topless bar. According to Torgo the name apparently is a wordplay of Tanqueray Rum.

The property is owned by Charo Inc with a nailing address of 5305 N. Armenia. The property is zoned CI per the property appraiser’s website. The Div. Of Corporations list Charo Inc as having as its registered agent and officer/director as O'STEEN, EUGENE of 5305 N. ARMENIA AVENUE

NO Douchenozzle! TR's is a bikini/Go-Go bar with a strict no nudity policiy. Perhaps you should actually go in and see for yourself... That would, however, be much less sensational than making spurious accusations and give you less of a reason to ramble incessantly about your self appointment as Tampa Bay's moral compass . Don't be enslaved by your own myopic assumptions intead you might do well to remember the old addage "The truth shall set you free."

'Topless' the night I went in there. Sounds like anonymous might be an owner or manager.

Now I think of it, though, they could have had 'pasties' on -- we sat pretty far back from the stage. There are now pasties that look like the real thing. (I'm trying not to get too graphic here, because I'm unaware of your readership.)
