FYI - The Taco Bus will be finally serving chips and salsa by the end of the month! Hurray!
Meanwhile, I ordered the Carne Asada burrito there for the first time. Wow! That thing is awesome.
Other news, the owner, Renee, is in Mexico right now learning new recipes for the place.
Oh yeah -- and they will have a sign/billboard ad on Nebraksa Ave. soon.
What an awesome, uniquely Seminole Heights place to eat.

I've been going to the Taco Bus ever since it opened. There was a period of time where the quality slipped a little so I scaled back on my visits. Lately, they have been blowing my mind every time I eat there. They have really upped their game. If you haven't been in a while, do yourself a favor and check it out.
Got a big, steaming plate of Hangover Helper from the bus today.
I've been a fan since the bus was parked down the road, across from the produce market, best tongue tacos in town. They did see some slippage prior to the new owner, I'm glad to see them back at the top of thier game.
