SEMINOLE HEIGHTS - Tucked away at the end of West Jean Street is a dirt
driveway, a portal that opens to a wide swath of land sloping to the
Hillsborough River.

Interesting story. However in contrast to what is said in the story residents around the shipyard have told me that there were plans by the owners to build condos there but the enviromental cleanup costs were too much.
