So what is Mobicare? A google search reveals a place called MOBICARE at 5872 ORIENT RD, (813) 620-0500. TAMPA, FL 33610. this was listed as boat/truck/auto?? paint and body and repair place. There is a website that does not work but on a Google cache found the following:
"Mobicare has been servicing the needs of fleet managers and individual car owners in the Jacksonville, Tampa, and Orlando areas for over eleven years, In order to last, especially in the vehicle maintenance business, a company must provide quality service at a competitive price, and that company must stand behind its work. This is the case with Mobicare
Mobicare provides competent professional service in all areas of vehicle maintenance and repair. Mechanical, electrical, air conditioning or any other maintenance or malfunction. This work can be done at our shop or,for your convenience, on your premises.
Along with individual and fleet repair and maintenance, Mobicare has also developed a marine division to handle dockside repair of boats and yachts."

I'm sure folks looking at Seminole Heights will love this horrible story.
Hey come on down to our fine neighborhood where you and your 8-month-old can get carjacked outside a daycare across from an elementary school.
No but Starbucks is the REAL evil! So I'm going to go spraypaint their sign like a three year old.
This guy ought to spend a long time in jail. Hopefully investigators have paid a visit to Mobicare.
The date of the incident isn't given which would have been helpful to stimulate leads that might not have come forward yet. I would guess given the bulletin number this happened sometime last year.
