I heard about 8 months ago that Beef O'Brady's had ruled the neighborhood out. I don't think they'll reconsider until we at least get form based codes approved.
I heard less than two months ago that the search is still on. This came from a realtor who claims to be working with them.
Who knows? Just waiting for Greg's Pub & Grub at this point.
