  1. How current is this information? I was under the impression it had already sold and the new owner was the one who changed the hours to 7am-9pm 7 days a week. Plus they've added a vegetarian menu.

  2. It was posted on 11/28 -- so if it sold, it sold fast.

If anyone get's this info faster, let one of the posters know and we'll get the info up ASAP.

I have also (now) heard that it's not sold, but leased.

If you know the real deal, please email me at editor@newheightsmag.com.

  3. Notice that the offer you posted is essentially the sale of the business and not the land or permanent structures. This would imply some sort of lease arrangement.

...and add to the confusion. :-)

  5. The new owner is named Renee and he is very, very nice. I went about 2 weeks ago and, no offense to the former owners, but I found the food to be 100% better. I stopped going awhile back because it just wasn't that great anymore.
I spoke with Rene and he is in fact the Cousin of the former owner; however, he is not new to the game. He owns a successful Taco stand in Brandon.
Really nice guy. He told us about a special they make on Mondays. It's a cross between Pibil and Carnitas. Go early though, it has sold out by 2PM every time. Renee said he keeps making more and it just flys out the window. Can't wait to try it.
