This was the original Seminole Heights blog with commentary about life in and around the urban neighborhood of Seminole Heights in Tampa, Florida. Musings about other topics as my mood permits. The blog is essentially inactive since I moved to Lutz. Go to The Official Unofficial Seminole Heights Blog - www.seminoleheightsblog.com for active content.

Comments changed
As I mentioned previously, as of now, into order to comment, you must register with Blogger and get a user name(s).
I could have locked a ton of em up and actually thought about it, but I went with being the original, not a copy or a discount version. First class anon, all the way!!!
And it just hit me that most of those replies are by posters ... I'm not saying the "registration" thing is not working; I'm just pointing out an observation.
Looking back over the past few days, I'd say that given the material of the posts, there doesn't appear to be a significant decrease in the amount of comments. Nothing too controversial or requiring responses.
You go Scott!
ReplyDeleteThat's funny. I guess the comments change did not stick. They work now.
ReplyDeletewhat a load.

ReplyDeleteActually it just proves that folks will still comment, despite all the naysayers.

ReplyDeleteGood luck with that!!
What age group are we dealing with here? Now we have mous, mousse mouseeyes, must and 876987543231.

ReplyDeleteI don't care how old you all are. You're totally entertaining! Anon, at my age I'm pleased to be anybody's younger relative.
ReplyDeleteI guess it should be noted that the number of replies to many postings has dropped quite significantly. Zero (0) in most cases.

ReplyDeleteI retract my above statement...I think it's safe to say there's been a decrease in comments. Not sure that's necessarily a bad thing however.
