Porch Views

When I posted photos of our house for sale, I hadn't had a chance to photograph our front yard. Here it is.

We have a great view from our front porch.

What I like is all of this means less mowing!







There were will be an open house tommorrow Sunday from 2:30 to 4:30 P.M.

    I love this house. I think we should have a beautification award for homeowners. Our neighbors have worked so hard.

    Your house and yard is charm itself. It looks inviting and vibrant. I love the colors and textures you have incorporated into both your house and your yard. How can you leave such a delightful place? I do hope that you sell your house for your asking price and that you create another charming house in Lutz.

    It went well. We only had two couples look, but one couple came back last night and actually made a very good offer. Then, they got cold feet this morning and withdrew it.

    That's life.

    One offer from two visits is a pretty good omen. Hope the percentages maintain only the next one is serious,,,,,,,,,,,,for your sake, certainly NOT for ours!
