These are truly wonderful and enjoyable events. I hope that everyone takes advantage of this opportunity to listen to one of our nation's finest symphany orchestras. Time to enjoy our downtown waterfront!!
ReplyDeleteHave you noticed that no-one posts anything at these very informative, good and positive entries? That's how bitter, negative and jaded this community really is. This is the real reason that Tampa is such a wonderful place to live and no-one seems to want to pay any attention.
ReplyDeleteI love the Stars and Stripes Forever. And I also love the 1812 Overture. I never get tired of hearing them. I just wish that the orchestra would do a "serious" outdoor concert now and then. We are not all cultural fluffs who can't appreciate more sophisticated music. Some of us just can't afford to go to the orchestra. The outdoor programs allow us to enjoy something that we normally would not be able to enjoy.
