Too Much Information (TMI) - Sid's Pit Stop

Pasco County used to have letter grades on their restaurants. However with the Statw taking over inspections that was dropped.

The zero after the restaurant's inspection, means there is no critical violations. There could be noncritical. You need to click on the link to find them.

04-01-1 Critical. Cold holding equipment incapable of maintaining potentially hazardous food at proper temperatures, side by side refrigerator in kitchen not at 41 degrees, no potentially hazardous foods stored in unit at time of inspection; however, unit must be capable of maintaining temperatures or be removed.
05-05-1 Critical. Ambient air thermometer in holding unit not accurate within +/- 3 degrees Fahrenheit located in side by side refrigerator in kitchen.
05-09-1 Critical. No conspicuously located thermometers in cold holding units; especially storage cold hold units.
08A-28-1 Critical. Observed food stored on floor. Corrected On Site.
32-07-1 Observed bathroom facility not clean.
32-15-1 No handwashing sign provided at a handsink used by food employees.
32-17-1 Handwashing cleanser lacking at handwashing lavatory.
35A-03-1 Critical. Observed dead roaches on premises;several near refrigerator side by side in kitchen.
45-39-1 Critical. Portable fire extinguisher not properly mounted at least 4 inches off the floor and the top no higher than 5 feet off the floor.
46-09-1 Critical. Exit signs not properly illuminated.
