SEMINOLE HEIGHTS - Artists are uniting in Central Tampa.

With a temporary name adopted, Artists of Central Tampa is blooming into an arts league with members from neighborhoods such as Seminole Heights, Tampa Heights and Ybor City. More than 20 writers, videographers, and performance and visual artists met recently at the Front Porch Grille on Florida Avenue.
