LESTER CASIMIR

"This man has broken his probation and his probation officer cannot locate him. He is believed to be coming into our neighborhood. If you see him in the area, please contact Jim Steere at 975-6542. He wears dredlocks and sometimes lives on Flora. He has threatened one of our neighbors. Please, call the above man (his probation officer) if you see him or know where he is."

He is on probation for Battery on a person 65 years or older.
