Searching for as-needed office space

I have had this request:

I'm trying to have a place to house my
(very) part-time practice (therapy/psychology) . . . in Seminole Heights.


I'm just wanting to get any suggestions you might have for places for me to
look in the area. Anyone with a small business site that might like a
little extra income for me to rent space on an as-needed basis.

Of course as Keith is selling his place, he is out.
