Found Cocker Spaniel

I received this email:

A very sweet male cocker spaniel was found wandering the streets in
North Seminole Heights on New Year's Day. His back leg appears to be injured. He has no tags or collar. Attached is a picture. If anyone is looking for this dog or know who he belongs to, please email me at eb73(at)tampabay.rr.com.
